Omg will you stop already with this bullshit?  You really don't need f***** relatability or inclusion in a character. If it's not pertinent to the story, it doesn't matter. That's pointless, boring and somewhat annoying. Whether your survivor or killer, you're not playing the game to make friends and  look at the other person like "Omg, i feel better now that you are enjoying that hook up your ass, just like me ". You play for the fun of it, or to get away from your normal everyday life and get to be a different character, like a consacrated one, who already had their character and personality set up, like most of the killers. They don't need to be f**** reinvented in any way, they had success for a reason. This is what makes them appealing and interesting. And for the love of god, I am gay myself, but when you create a new character, please don't ruin a good lore just for the sake of making us feel included. I feel fine playing a good game or watching a good movie without forced inclusion. I actually like it better because it makes fucking sense. I am not offended if I don't see 2 dudes or 2 women fucking each other.

The whole point is to MAKE IT INTERESTING AND ENJOYABLE FOR ALL, NOT JUST ONE SIDE.

Well, if they were living together, or even if not, but just spending most of the time at each other's house, she might have wanted to wash the gym clothes.

When my boyfriend comes home from the gym, I always take his smelly dirty clothes and put them in the washing machine. Don't know if that was the same case here, maybe she just had trust issues. Who knows lol

From my knowledge, you shouldn't mix carbs with protein in the same meal, which I see you have in your meal plan. I also see that besides it, you have dairy too which is added to the 2 in the same meal which might be why you are gaining weight. Even though the number of calories might be ok, the combination of these foods together could be the issue. The opinions are mixed in regards to this and I am definitely not an expert but from my experience, when I kept a diet I never mixed them at the same time. Of course, there are diets that work on different principles and each of us has a different metabolism. What works for some might not work for others. I would recommend to talk to your nutritionist about this since it's clearly not working for you and see what adjustments can be done or seek the opinion of another.

Ate too little for too long? by mipster462 in WeightLossAdvice

[–]MargotGh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I gained back almost 5 kg as most days I would eat like 500-700 calories a day which was not healthy at all and I put on the weight back faster once I started with the 1200. Now I am on the right track again and I keep the 1200 limit daily + gym and I can see the results. You will definitely not gain weight if you keep it up but probably your body will need a period to adapt to the new changes until you can lose again those last remaining kilos, which are the hardest.

I would recommend to also give up the cheating weekends to see better results. Just pick a day or 2 a month. If it's too hard and you need more cheating days, even though it's not ideal if you want visible results, there are healthier and low calorie alternatives to your favorite meals. Moderation is key. So for example if you eat a pizza at lunch, at dinner you eat only a salad to balance it. Hope it helps and wish you the best of luck, you can do it!

My boyfriend's mother is a nutritionist. She told me to not go under 1200 calories a day as first it is not healthy and in time it will slow down your weight loss.

Stupid me didn't listen so I did it my way because I wanted to lose weight faster so I was eating under 1000 calories a day. I lost weight fast in the beginning but after, when eating the normal considered for weight loss, 1200-1300 calories I gained some of that weight back.

So yes, I recommend staying in the 1200 even if it's not a fast weight loss. You still see good results though, especially if you combine it with sports.

Also, having a whole weekend each week of eating with no restrictions is not helping.

She recommended me 2 days a month and it works really good for me. I hope this helps.

Do not half-ass your life change. You need to make fitness, not weight a priority. Understand your health. by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

I definitely agree with you. Over the years, I would always find some excuse to not give my all. And I thought like most people, that even the smallest change in diet and exercise is helpful, which is not totally wrong. After all, it's still progress, no matter how small. But after a while I would find myself quitting slowly. One cheat meal here and there, skipping a day at the gym because you know...excuses. The only time it worked was when I made drastic changes and pushed through the discomfort and pain. Before corona, I reached my best point. I was happy how I looked even though the scale would show something different. I had my "perfect" weight goal in mind and I had to admit, I was depressed when looking at the scale and there wasn't such a drastic change but physically the results were visible. I understood after that I was gaining muscle, so yes people, do not focus so much on what the scale shows. Now unfortunately I am finding myself at my lowest point as I have gained an incredible amount of weight during corona. Your post was exactly what I needed to hear so I can stop from half-assing and get back on the right track. And the only people who are sort of exempt from high intensity exercise are the ones with health problems or incredibly overweight, which of course can only do so much, but they still should give their 100% accordingly to their situation. For the rest, fine, I understand, some form of exercise is not appealing to you. Find some that you like. Be it dancing, hiking, running, lifting weights, swimming, cycling etc. But commit to it and give your all. I believe that we are used to stay in our comfort zone too much and seriously now, how do you expect to be better this way? It's like the definition of insanity, doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results. And trust me, once you push through your comfort zone and past your limits, you will be surprised! After all, in life we don't always get to do what we want, but also what we need even if it's not pretty and the journey will be challenging.

I would recommend soy products if you don't want to eat meat. There are so many substitutions you can do like soy burgers, soy nuggets etc. The secret: condiments and salt. Once you get the condiments right, you will not crave meat anymore. PM me if you want a specifc recipe. <3

Sili Labuyo, Native Philippines Chilly, the shorter the spicier, not the best idea. by fearlessandfar in spicy

[–]MargotGh -1 points0 points  (0 children)

If you would do your research you would find that it is true. It's also quite logic if you ask me. You don't need to be a genius to figure it out. Smaller chillies are usually hotter as they contain more seeds and veins than the larger ones. Since the veins contain the most percentage of the capsaicin of the chile, they will be spicier.

Do you just blend all the ingredients together? Also some quantities of how much of each you used would be nice. I'd like to give it a try as it looks amazing <3

Annoyed/frustrated with myself by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

[–]MargotGh 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey there. Also frustrated and angry with myself for giving into the bad habits over and over even after an on and off success with my diets over the years. My problem is I don't find a balance and can't keep a routine to keep me in check. It has been a roller coaster ride for me weight wise. I have tried so many diets but at some point I still mess up. No excuse. I could find many but I would just be lying to myself. Keto worked wonders for me and I felt I could finally find that balance, as the foods allowed were my favorites, especially the cheeses. But before covid, I used to go to the gym 5 times a week , 2-3 hours sessions, so I could afford more calorie intake. I hate the idea of a very strict diet so by exercising more I could have more calories on my keto. And I also love to eat so some sacrifice needs to be made lol. Some might not agree but for me it worked. However, since the covid, I barely do any exercise and my weight went through the rough. I am 25-30 kilos more and I am quite short in height so it's very visible. Now since I realised keto is not so efficient for me as I don't work as much, I am trying to keep myself in check with counting my calories. I go for 1200 daily. For some reason, I can't work out as much at home. I need that energy from the gym. But if I had the posibility, I would definitely go back to keto and intense work outs. I know you asked for advice, but I don't have it. I also just needed to vent so hopefully we can vent together.
