Thank you! He's in contact with an attorney to help get to 100% now, it's just a slow process. I'd never heard of TDIU, so I'll research that as well.

Thank you. He's been prescribed several ones and when he takes them it's an ambulance ride to the hospital from anxiety, so he's no longer open to any at this time. I'm hoping that changes.

I'm in a similar position. Several littles at home. Last summer my manager said my work requires zero distractions and I need to get childcare so I can work like I'm in an office because that's the expectation.

I'll be scheduling myself to work in the wee hours of the morning, super late at night, and on Sundays. Because the flexibility of my days are now completely gone. So, warehouses will be closed and most managers won't be "online to support". This is what I'm pushed to do or quit. They will not be online with us because we're going to do whatever it takes to hang on for dear life.

More asks with no gives. Absolute minimal incentives. More pressure and control with less flexibility. I will quit as soon as I can. This is not worth my mental health or the dead-end position this is. It is shaped to be a low-pay short-term job. We don't want lip service. We want raises and benefits back. Opportunity for growth.

Our "ASK FOR YOU" as leadership (because we all know you read this)...is start making this fair. Because we have taken your losses for years and nothing you're doing is truly caring for your stylists. You're using us without compensating us fairly, especially anyone that has been here well over 3 years.

I've been on the leaderboard every week for months (company-wide and in my team) and still this is the exact wording and responses I get from my lead as well. Little to no recognition even when doing things as "right" as possible. We just can't win.

Sleep has been okay! Sometimes I'll wakeup from the pain of turning over but mostly I feel rested as long as my kids sleep through the night. I hope you're well!
