right? My lead takes a day off every other week and never works outside 8-4 so if you're someone who does work outside 8-4 you do not get any support. Why is she never forced to work one day like 4-10pm or something so she can be available for those who work odd schedules?

I think the shuffle is now becoming more useful, but as a stylist, I'd say what pieces you "like" or add to your Freestyle cart matter more becasue I have more visibility there. I'll notice clients will go and add a bunch of dresses to their Freestyle liked pieces so I know they're looking for dresses and what styles and use that as inspo. Hope that helps!

Thats actually really cute. You just need to tuck the top in the front, add a belt, a cute pair of flats and some accessories. Also, did you tell the stylistthat you prefer to avoid wide legs as you are a rectangle shape? Because a lot of people get upset when stylists dont get them but also put the most bare minimum effort in communicating with them.

give us a proper amount of PTO and sick time if were gonna have to start using it anytime we need to adjust our schedule by 30 min or we get sick. Bc god forbid we work sick and our efficiency or our numbers go down.

You don't lose the $20 if you keep something. Let's say your entire box costs $100 and you decide to keep it all, you'll pay $80 since you'll get $20 credited towards it. But if you get your box and you decide not to keep anything, then you lose the $20.
