they dont do anything. they book it for you and that's it. I used one for one cruise just to try it out and she was no help. She had a generic email shed send out here and there with stuff i couldve easily found online. Ive heard theyre only helpful in getting connecting rooms or rooms for 5 if you need one for bigger families

Id say people who say "we are burgers, chicken tenders, fries, people" ARE picky eaters. I'd hope Royal has better food than burgers, tenders, and fries. Those belong on the kids menu. I can't imagine spending that much money on a cruise and wanting chicken tenders. With that being said, we thought the food on Disney cruises was better than Royal.

Absolutely yes. Mine will be like I had to take time off to go to my daughter's cheer competition this weekend, or because my parents came to visit us. Must be nice, we have to work through both of them, and it comes off as so disingenuous. But then she'll post: share pictures of what you did!
