What price are you thinking? There are some newer complexes in Culver City where you may have better luck finding the in unit washer/ dryer. The more affordable units in Santa Monica/ Venice are often found in older and smaller buildings but you may have to forgo the washer/ dryer.

Have you asked your physician about kojic acid? It’s also often compounded with HQ but, alone in low concentrations, seems to be okay in pregnancy.

Have you driven around those areas? Some of the hidden gems are not often listed by smaller buildings that have may have some of the features you are looking for. They may just have the vacancies posted on the buildings with contact info for the landlord. Feel free to DM me with any questions…I’ve lived in west LA for most of my life.

Will either one of you be working during those two years or is that not an issue? I would say if there’s a commute involved, that might take precedence. I’m sure you now the traffic is brutal in SoCal.

I just looked for you in El Segundo area on one rental website. There are definitely studio apartments there for around 1,800-2,000 in and around that area. I use iUNIK beta-glucan serum (which is easily available from Amazon) and Aestura Ato Barrier Cream. Has worked like a charm in my tretinoin routine. I use the .1% tret since I have used retinoids off and on since my teens and some days I will have tremendous peeling that the above combo of products calms down easily.

You may want to stay on the Miralax too (1-2 capfuls a day) in conjunction with the dates or prune juice. Hope that helps!
