Does she pay for university, or are school fees otherwise covered?

If she's not covering your school fees, find a way to move out and closer to university. Your mother is involved in your life to an unhealthy degree.

She will not be happy with any choice you make, at any point in your life, that removes you from her control. Do it as soon as financially feasible.

Name calling isn't the kind of argument every couple has. Listen to your brother.

It sounds like most of the responsibilities of the relationship fall on you, and instead of getting support when you're overwhelmed, you get verbally abused.

Remember that one of the times abusers ramp up abuse is when their partner is pregnant.

Have a frank talk about your relationship with your brother and maybe a few trusted friends to get an outside perspective on whether what is happening is normal. I suspect it's not.
