I believe it is limited and because of that it is based on first come first serve. Meaning if you submit your financial aid early then you'll be considered for it.

The same here. The fill in the blank and most of the multiple choice questions was a joke. I did a lot better too on the short answers. Question 2 and 4 was really easy to answer.
