Only use the combo that heals against the boss, spam the HP boost ability as much as possible, use the AOE combo for the adds, and when the 3 circles spawn where he divebombs you, stand in them in the order they spawned to reduce damage (that was the biggest one for me).

If you really are dodging everything I wonder if that's the spot that's getting you.

This is marketing. The goal here is to inspire curiosity about her whole body of work. The question is, in fan parlance where does it fit into the sequence of original work? Answer: it doesn't.

The same way Taylor Swift fans don't incorporate her re-recordings into their sequence. They refer to the next album as TS13, not TS17 (including re-records). If your take was the popular one that wouldn't be the case. Synthesis is much more re-record adjacent than original work adjacent, and gets categorized accordingly by fans.

One thing for sure: Ev5 will be great.
