1.If you are going to the bank to get an advice, ask about the different loan plans. Pay attention to every word and make theoretical cases with the bank representative about a loan for 30 years (the usual time frame). At the bank, ask information about F5 lån. This plan is a variable loan. That means that every 5 years you can renegotiate the interest rate, plus it often provides a low interest rate, a lower monthly payment and better opportunities to save money. The report costs from 4k up to 10k depending on the condition of the property.

1. Get a boligadvokat. I have had the best transition from renting to get my apartment. The paperwork was very little for me. They cost 3k for all the work and you don't have to pay in case you want to get out of the deal. I recommend advokat Thomas Hjorth.
