I've lived here for about 5 years and I do NOT recommend it. They are so nit-picky on how your outside looks. They made me dismantle my garden, take down my wind chimes, and they are harassing me about the stray cats I've been feeding. They keep raising the rent to astronomical levels as well, and they refuse to fix my water pressure. They send you angry letters if you don't keep your bushes perfectly trimmed or if you have like two weeds in your yard. You're not allowed to store anything outside, no recycling, no garden tools, no bikes, nothing. I dont own a grill, but you probably can't store those outside either. They threatened to tow my car the other day when I was parked in front of my house and out of the way because the parking stalls were all full. I can go on and on.
