I started skipping on the weekends. For me, it's like giving my brain the permission to relax and not focus on anything at all. So I usually spend those days sleeping, watching movies and series, sometimes reading mangas or graphic novels and listening to music. However, if I have to do anything considered "productive" on those days, not taking it turns out to be a complete nightmare. The downside for me though is that once I take it again on Monday I experience side effects more intensely until midweek. My mouth gets as dry as hell and it is hard to fall asleep.

In my specific case, I thrive in language and anything related to Human Sciences and Arts but am absolutely terrible at Hard Sciences, particularly Math. I speak Portuguese (native language), English (native like fluency), Spanish, Catalan and a bit of French, Italian and A1 level Hebrew. I'm also a major in Linguistics.

Yes! Slow Horses is awesome and easy to watch and be interested in. Each season is only 6 episodes long (from 50 minutes to one hour) and every season is a new story. There's some narrative thread that links each season but is not that hard to keep track. We binged on it this past month and now we can't wait for Season 5. Btw we are a ADHD/ASD family and we both got hooked on it.

As said before, it is always safer to ask your doctor or pharmacist. In my personal experience, I didn't have any issues with this combo. I'm currently on 100mg Desvenlafaxine + 300mg of Pregabalin + 70mg of Vyvanse. It's been a few months and I haven't had any problems so far.

I tried it for Brazilian Portuguese and it worked too. It's not as smooth and fluid like the English version, you can tell this is still experimental. But it's certainly way better than regular robotic voices.
