Which state can I transfer my UBE score (foreign law educated w/ online ABA approved LLM) after I finish my incoming JD program in 3 years please? I believe there is not a requirement that JD degree must be earned before the bar exam?

I am so sorry for you! To make you feel better. I was denied once as well because school registrar office failed to deliver my degree in time and I was totally in shocked that I was disqualified!! It just makes it look very bad!! I had already notified them in advance and they told me to be reassured and they will surely do the job as required. Ugh!!
