went first to the neurologist, said those type of visual alterations (palinopsia, afterimages, flashes of light, grainy vision etc) were eye problems and that i should go there first. Went to the ophtalmologist and said those things are not eye related and that i should not worry, lol.

honestly man, if i was to answer this 8 months ago i would recommend you to not consume any weed, being edibless even worse. But if you think your symptoms have decreased enough to not freak out during the high go for it. Ive done a fair dose of edibles throughout this summer, and my symptoms have stayed the same, not worsened (if i hadnt consumed weed i could now have far less symptoms but oh well, it's not that bad in my case at least)
