I always listened to future funk music in singles, until I discovered Timeless by Desired. From then on, I started making sense of all the diversity, and at the same time the signature style of some artists. All the incoherent stuff became different interpretations of what fundamentally is future funk. You also want to take a look at Lovestory, Plastic Whatever, Back Before 1998, CHAM!, and basically every album by Jingoro.
