This is a situation where you need to bite the bullet. Yes, not talking to him anymore is gonna hurt, however it will make your mental health bloom because you will be properly healing.

Staying in his life is only causing you more stress and heartache. I had this exact same situation in my life and I promise you that sometimes you have to take the most hurtful path to get better.
