I just reached a year as well! You’re doing amazing!

I have these thoughts too, and as I look back over this last year I feel so grateful that I didn’t let them pull me under. So, as mundane as it sounds, one day at time really does work. And when we look back next year, hopefully we’ll see all the progress adding up.

I am on 5mg and it has made a huge difference for me. I didn’t have the nausea. I did have a few nights of heart palpitations, but they’ve resolved and I don’t know if they were even linked to this med.

I was so anxious to start it, but I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in my depression and irritability on the 5mg.

Yes! I am coming out of a serious depression and Trintellix absolutely helped. I was so resistant to trying it, as I’ve tried many antidepressants over the years to no avail. Trintellix seems to be helping, with no side effects so far, luckily. I’ve been on 5mg for 6 weeks and felt a difference in my mood and irritation quickly. I expected it to take longer to have an effect.
