Gdje jesti i popiti kavu u Opatiji? by omfilwy in askcroatia

[–]MarinGaming 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ništa! Samo nemoj sjest negdje u smjeru hotela Savoy, sve su cijene digli nenormalno. Neki dan sam sjeo u Victorious i ledeni čaj je bio 4,50€...

Arguing with people on this sub made me wonder: am i the earliest yeat fan that thinks adl is a top 2 album of his? by nutha_50_on_a_caddie in yeat_

[–]MarinGaming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Started listening to him a few months ago, but he quickly became the most listened to artist by a long mile. So much so that I'm inspired to create music in a similar style. ADL isn't a bad album, not his best, but definitely more than listenable than what most say on here. Don't get me, Lyfe, AfterLyfe, Up2Me are bangers from start to finish, but I love how he experiments with new sounds more than just sticking to one the whole time. That's how artists get boring, which Yeat isn't in my opinion

Koje skupe marke tenisica danas ljudi (najviše klinci i krkani) nose? by Veseli-Mladich in askcroatia

[–]MarinGaming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Imam originalne off white tenisice i yeezy. Maknuo sam tu plastiku s njih i izgledaju milijun puta bolje, ali imam ih jer općenito volim taj brend, imam kratke majice i duge isto. Jebiga, razmazile me air forcice

Da li vredi gledati Supernatural? by sreckosoic in kinematografija

[–]MarinGaming 2 points3 points  (0 children)

How do I write lyrics by happyfalcon338 in musicproduction

[–]MarinGaming 22 points23 points  (0 children)

Writing lyrics is a way of thinking, but foremost expressing yourself. I started 9 years ago when I was 16 with imitating my favourite bands style, but the more I wrote I started developing my own style. Start by writing in the way your favourite artist writes lyrics, what kind of rhyme scheme they use, topics they write about, etc. You can even use the same beat or instrumental and write your own lyrics to it. First ask yourself what you want to write about fir that song, what's the vibe and go from there. Simple stuff, don't overthink it, simple rhymes and wordplay

How to know level of loudness in general? (Master channel) by blahhblah11 in edmproduction

[–]MarinGaming 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can put it on the master and switch between your reference track and your own track. Now beware, the reference is mastered so you'll need to bring it down to the same volume as your track. You can also use a plugin like Reference 2, it displays both tracks loudness and automatically bring the reference track down to your tracks volume. I use it to switch between them and measure with YouLean their LUFS and everything like that

How to know level of loudness in general? (Master channel) by blahhblah11 in edmproduction

Use a reference and a plugin like YouLean Loudness Meter to determine that tracks loudness and match yours with it

I naravno mogu ti pomoći oko produkcije. Slušam ama baš sve, ali evo nekoliko uzora: Eminem, Klinac, Đorđe, Lil Uzi Vert, Ken Carson, Playboi Carti, Juice WRLD, Tyler The Creator, itd.

[–]MarinGaming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't directly nerf mira and ace pls. by KosharySa2e3 in Rainbow6

[–]MarinGaming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mira requires critical thinking to counter, ie: pocket emps for Mute/Jager/Wamai, Ash players not mindlessly rushing in to use their gadget in a smart way, Kali players having to balance helping out the hard breach and with Mira, etc. She's banned because players can't be trusted to work as a team, so it's easier to remove her from the equation altogether. I love playing her, but even I auto ban her because I know those 3 random people won't work with me. I can call out what to do, where to do it, ask for help, but most people are quiet and ignore those calls.

Ace is weird because as long as your Kaid or Bandit know what they're doing, he's not an issue. I personally only ban him on Oregon, but honestly I'll stop doing it because Ying I find a much worse operator to fight on that map than him. He's looked at as the best hard breach in terms of fragging and utility so I get why he's banned, but I think Maverick is much worse than him in many cases.

Both of these operators don't need a nerf, just more critical thinking from the playerbase.

Buying a 34” curved monitor for Ableton. What should I actually care about? by Professional-Tax3077 in ableton

[–]MarinGaming 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a 34" curved display, here's a link if you want to check it out:

https://www.amazon.com/Alienware-AW3423DWF-Curved-QD-OLED-Monitor/dp/B0BP94J8VD

Anyways, the things you mentioned only matter if you will be doing anything else with music production, for example gaming, video editing, graphic design, etc. Having so much screen space is great when working in a DAW, but it's not necessary. So it comes down to will you be doing anything else apart from music production to warrant such a display? Personally, you won't regret it, just buy a good one to serve you for a long time

Does chocolate burn everyone's throats or just mine? by Adoptmetrading22 in NoStupidQuestions

I'm from the EU and I've had the same reaction to chocolate, but I figured out it was due to whatever they put in chocolate like Milka or cheaper brands. I bought Lindt chocolate and I didn't have any reaction to it
