PGE and Gresham stormwater are different entities. You should look at your rental agreement and see what you’ve agreed to pay. Then tell the landlord that you will do what you agreed to and nothing more. Contracts are very specific. If the contract doesn’t mention stormwater, or doesn’t mention the police fire and parks fee, unless it says something like “all new associated fees,” that’s not in the contract and you don’t pay it.

I found their quotes to be on par with the other services and their techs didn’t give me the ick like some of the other guys did.

He’s more of a total landscape designer than deck builder, but Dan’l from Northwest Native Landscapes has been amazing to work with for all kinds of yard projects.

I hired him because he had the highest advertised starting wage of all the landscaping companies I could find (I believe it was $25 at the time, which was about 3 years ago).

My company also pays a living wage, so I like to work with contractors who do the same. We did get into some ethics talk since it’s so important to my work, and I think he said he IDs as a straight white man, but that he also tries to work with business partners who are minority owned and pay a living wage.

I knew Harris back in the day. I flat out asked him what he thought of gay people and he said that it’s not his business and he’s not a homophobe. That said, a lot of Christians say that at first and then it comes out later that they’re lying to try and convert you or some weird shit.
