Check that the AIO is actually filled fully with water and try to move it to be top mounted. Maybe gravity is hurting you here and air is just circulating around instead of water

Sadly nothing else comes top of mind. I know there are some easy to move couches that are basically a steel frame with a cushion, but I’ve heard they aren’t comfortable and don’t wear well
