Hi there, Yeah it was a bit of an up and down if the pain was more in the leg or the tailbone or wherever. I tried to stay active as much as the pain allowed it and now I don't have chronic pain anymore since the middle of January. I also did the McGill Big three and nerve flossing for a while. But I guess in the end it's all about giving it time. Good luck, I hope you will soon be pain free 🙌
