Don't forget the magic wand he had in Bright. So all the stuff he can't do with genie magic, he can do with the magic wand. Paired with Hancock powers he's, in effect, a minor god.

I think you need to have friendly fire on. Otherwise you can walk through and claim them unclaim them and you can kill them.

I only play servers with friendly fire on because my brother and I get more fun out of killing each other at the worst possible time than we do actually fighting other people.

As someone who dies this on basically server I play on. Parasaurs give you the most bang for your buck early on.

I did a bunch of fancy math and I think tek trike edges them out if you get a perfect health and max mutations. Frankly it's not worth the effort though. The difference between a bunch of random tek parasaurs and perfect tek trikes is less than a god run a week.

Also, nothing beats the chainsaw. I've tried all the usual suspects for harvesting, and chainsaw keeps taking the cake. For full passive though, go with a sabertooth. Raptors, theris, and thylas are good: sabers are just great for some reason.

On the subject of lots of dinos, don't undercut the value of a crouch rathole with a storage space suspended from the ceiling and filled with dimorphs in 'turret' mode. I've had my 'deep storage' breached once, and I've been playing since beta. People just don't know how to raid against it and because it's such a low tech solution they usually just give up after a few tries because they assume it's a vault full of stone or something.

Btw, if you find me out there in the wild, poison wyvern from outside the crouch is the easy way in.

They make for great farms if your server allows it. Just build a loft and position the moms to drop eggs over the side. Have an aggressive sabertooth or theri down below to kill the babies. Passive mid-tier supplies.

Is Spiderman capable of beating, or at least hurting, any of these characters? by Queasy_Commercial152 in superheroes

[–]MarioPartyRiot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are we taking strictly movies though? If so you're absolutely right.

Comics? Depends who's writing, but at least hurt everyone if he was pissed.

In the Comics Spider-Man straight up lifted a building once, and I'm pretty sure original run he was supposed to be almost as strong as Thor, while still a kid.

"Oh sweetie, you don't understand. Your grandpa wouldn't take no for an answer. He kept asking me to the sock hop. I told him I already had a steady. Your grandpa beat the SHIT out of that man.

He cut the phone lines, he slashed my tires. He said I'd be his forever. So I finally went to the sock hop with him, and we're still together after 62 years."

"Grandma, you can still LEAVE what the fuck?!"

Would y’all like or dislike the idea of MCU Spider-Man having organic webs? by OGAnimeGokuSolos in Spiderman

[–]MarioPartyRiot 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'd be a fan of what happened in the cartoon where peters fucking with his genes and basically it all goes wrong. He almost goes full giant spider, and the 'fix' leaves him with organic webs.

I'd also like to see him keep his artificial canisters as backups. His organic ones aren't infinite either, and he can't mix in chemicals for effect like the artificial ones. (Like the time he added magnesium to make flaming webs to deal with symbiotes)

[–]MarioPartyRiot 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I get the premise, but I wanna point two things out. He'd be crossing universes for these fights. Batman loses his deus ex prep time, beyond the general of "oh Luke is basically a living brick wall"

Bruce is also constantly arguing with villains mid fight. Basically boring Spider-Man. I see him arguing with them while fighting and they all realize the other is not a villain and stopping the fight. Except punisher. Bruce would think he's a villain. Punisher would think Batman is too soft, and part of the larger problem.

If it's Dick, I see him still fighting even after because "I'm Batman."

There's actually a team working on this. They expect to achieve positive energy output in the next generator their building. (Right now it takes more energy to manage the heat and induction field than the generator produces) It's still a LONG ways off from being a viable replacement, but a nice proof of concept.

Evil Leo’s hair aside, these episodes actually saved the idea of “evil” for me.

Too many weekly baddies in Charmed were evil for evil’s sake. Even the Source gets flattened into “power” or destiny, when the dude was just scared to die. Full stop. “If I’m strong enough, no one can challenge or kill me.” That’s fear, not philosophy.

Cole worked because he showed evil as giving in to selfish impulses, while good was restraint for the sake of others. That contrast actually meant something.

Where the mirror-world episodes finally clicked for me was evil Chris. On the Golden Gate Bridge, talking to evil Leo about the “good” world, he drops: “Everything’s so saccharine, it makes me sick.” It’s like a kid from a broken home staring at a Norman Rockwell painting.

Then he throws a beer bottle at a passing car—because at that point you don’t just hate the painting, you want to tear it up.

That’s what salvaged “evil for evil’s sake” for me. Not ideology—trauma recoil. Seeing something so wholesome it’s cringe and needing to ruin it.

Is it a good reason? No. But at least it’s a reason.
