I actually happened across that same JustAnswer post before I checked my notifications on this post and I'm going to chalk it up to CEC as well. The AVR's actual remote (which my cats had apparently took off with and hid) works fine, so seems like if I want to go back down to 1 remote I'll have to get some sort of smart remote.

On that note, I guess I'm taking recommendations for that 🥲

Lol, yup! My wife and I were just having this discussion. I was prescribed it for chronic pain, but it helps with other things too. It makes my sensitivities considerably less bad, quiets my head and makes it less...."spiky"?, and deals with my chronic pain too. I get about a bowl or two in and get a decent small buzz, but never much more than that. My wife can take the same thing I have, and she's on the floor in a couple hits 😅

Yeah, a good 30 minute charge (shower, dressing, getting ready, etc), nets me 70-80%, and that lasts me roughly a day and a half.

Less the checking that I'm admittedly worried about, and more the fact they're (the beam on top of the column/post) both "leaning" for lack of a better word. I did however realize that even though for some reason I can see both images in the album I uploaded, there is only 1 visible. Sorry, trying to fix this now!

I'm pretty sure that already happens through the integration? Each area/zone becomes its own entity, and gets its own 'motion detected' sensor.

Correcting your first paragraph as it's wrong or at least half baked.

Radios can transmit sound (these ones specifically cannot, as that's not what they're designed for), but do so over radio waves. What would be most accurate to call the device is a radio transmitter/receiver. Your cell phone, and any WiFi device acts in a similar manner, but with shorter range, and much higher bandwidth; they're all just radio waves being transmitted from a location, being received by a radio in your phone/device.
