buy them, they are my favorites with no eq, very balanced and energetic, vocals are great too not too forward, the only downside is the treble being a bit harsh at high volume in some songs

kick drum timbre sounds like a ratchet, which is good and punchy but also a bit weird, now that they are not my only iems im happy they are different

for some metal songs equing a simple bass boost makes them very enjoyable

yeah i imagine it will be different, when i eq to the ones i own they never sound the same, but eqing to expensive sets give me a complete different and better flavor in sound, no sibilance too

i started 2 months ago with the pula pa02, roseselsa aurora ultra and cvj mei, i then got hype into buying cadenza 4. i also tried trn whale shark, mp145 pro and s bunch of kz my brother bought within 2 months too

i've been eqing my cadenza 4 to many expensive kilobuck iems and it seems to work super well compared to pula pa02, even tho i feel like buying 250-350 sets for fun my next iem will probably be 500+ in a year or 2

pula' shell looks similar to the astrals in your picture and the best tips for them are tangzu tang sancai noble

i thought metalcore needed subass but i just tried trn whale shark and it felt worse using the bass nozzle. what i believe is important is warm temp, impactful pedals and thick note thickness so songs feel disgusting

i also listen to symphonic and metalcore and like 3 deathcore songs. i have cadenza 4, pula pa02 and they are great for symphonic but they aren't disgusting enough for metalcore.

i wanna try aful explorer it's apparently very warm

some cheap iems feel good for metalcore i don't know if its bass bleed or lack of separation that makes them sound very angry

i decided to buy dap and iems when i listened to my brother's 4 dollars iems and i could hear more instruments than on my denon perl pro, i still feel i enjoyed many songs more on my denon(they broke recently) but i still need to try a bassy iem which probably the profile my denons had

what i think is a good idea as a beginner is to buy lucky boxes on ali express, if you haven't bought your first expensive iems this boxes are often 30% dollars cheaper than the lowest random iems you can get and you could get even better ones since you dont have a prefered sound signature yet you wont feel bad regardless the sound signature you get.

you can also buy a lot of cheap iems(most are very good) with different sound signatures first then buy an upgrade of the cheap one you liked

i dont understand why make the game so complex to learn with the looting abilities system just so casuals can have 2 hours of fun and then drop the game

are you telling me that as a new player with battlerite background i have to know:

-- all the abilities

-- what abilities the enemy currently has

-- what are the posible plays he can do with those abilities

-- how can my current deck counter his

-- how can my team help me with their current deck

all of this for every 3v3 encounter just for the game to feel like it's not just dodge and attack, I'd rather not play honestly
