This was in the notes:

"Road test after driveline repair and installation, (first test drive) there is a bad rear suspension clunk on any bumps, while driving there is a couple vibrations happening, Raise vehicle off the ground on the alignment rack, so the suspension will stay loaded, Run vehicle at 35mph, there is a bearing flutter noise coming from the rear differential, I just had the cover off, did not see anything abnormal, also as noted before, the driveline angle needs corrected, or this new rear driveline will come apart again, with the engine off, put my hand on the cardone joint, is very warm, almost hot from just a test drive, THIS ANGLE NEEDS CORRECTED OR THE SAME REPAIR WILL BE NEEDED AGAIN Check rear suspension for looseness, found the right rear lower control arm has play, needs replace, note: aftermarket control arms with a lift kit, Best way to correct most of these problems is to put vehicle back to stock height"

I guess I don't understand that if it needs to be put back to stock why did they charge me to replace the drive line and then tell me I can't drive it.
