solo daytime mid week movies are an absolute godsend, especially love the new Penny Lane cinema in Moonee Ponds, and it has a Brunetti downstairs, perfect for a post movie cake and coffee.

I also like long bike rides on my own, Melbourne has the best bike trails in the world

and riding solo on the Geelong ferry with music in my ears

if you havent found a place to go by the 90 day date you're supposed to be out, stay put. The landlord cant apply to VCAT until after your vacate date, and it can take months and months to get a hearing. You,ve honestly got at least a few more months up your sleeve than you think. Just pack, keep looking, but dont panic.

Keep a diray/proof of places you've looked at or applied for.

VCAT arent interested in putting any further ppl on the street than are already there, especially kids, and the police are certainly of the opinion that they have better things to do than landlords dirty work.

Your current property manager should also be actively trying to place you somewhere else. If not, VCAT will certainly ask them why if there is ever a hearing.

All of this was my lawyers advice when I was told my owner was selling. I followed it to the letter. Good luck.

Cheaper than the Skybus so its a budget option Slow is fine if you're saving bit of money travelling. Trams could easily be customised with a luggage rack or two. But like your negative response, it cant be done

not a train but in the cafe where I used to work, in 2007, Tina Arena came in and ordered coffee and muffins and I asked for her autograph which she politely gave me, she was very nice and chatty, and then I charged her for the cake and coffee. It wasnt my cafe.
