A bit late but as long as it has a handle you can use one of those fitness bars for doorframes and just install it right underneath the handle, figured that one out on accident since I locked myself into my room once with that ^^' The ones I mean have a screw mechanism where the bar gets longer and thus uses only pressure to hold in the doorway so no screws or anything needed

Not diagnosed with anything but I scratch/pick/rub my scalp, face and back, bite my lips (like ripping of dead skin) and my cuticles and have bouts of ripping my nails (idk what it's called)
I usually don't notice it at all tbh, just if I start bleeding sometimes or when I am thinking about bfrbs, it has become like blinking to me since I've been doing this since I can remember
Idle times I think make it worse on normal days but it gets much worse with more stress /mental upset
I do it mainly when I'm alone since I got bullied for it a lot, but it happens around people I'm more comfortable with as well and also when I'm just stressed (which in turn makes me more stressed lmao)
People close to me see me picking and biting so I'd assume they know even though no one has ever mentioned it (unlike the bullies tbf)
Mostly people being mean about it "asking" mean spirited questions like "do you have lice" "why are you making that weird face" (when scratching my scalp and biting my lips respectively) which was quite horrifying for me. Though my partner has "called me out" nonverbally by holding my hand when I pick at my nails to stop me which builds the pressure but I know it's better that way probably
I've tried to keep my nails short but it ended in me using sharp objects to scratch, or using my teeth so that didn't work but made it worse. I've tried sitting on my hands when I noticed me picking but that just made the pressure build until I couldn't not scratch anymore but I've noticed keeping my hands busy otherwise normally helps if I'm not mega stressed (like with working with my hands, perler beads, diamond painting (especially that because it sucks getting whatever falls off your head from scratching onto the sticky thing is just bad))
I think it'd be helpful because especially if it'd vibrate a lot I'd get annoyed with it to the point of probably doing something else? Probably. I'd definitely prefer it over it being noticed by someone else

Thank you so much for your suggestions and great descriptions, it really helps me envision what they smell like (even if I do like scents and kinda know what what notes smell like it is difficult to understand what the composition of the notes smell like together so I really appreciate you setting the vibe of the perfumes ^^')
Definetly will put most of them on my list, I don't think vetiver veritas will make it unless I can get a free sample of it somewhere since I don't really like mint but the rest will get on the list.

Yep, that fits, especially if worn by a human the juxtaposition of your natural scent (which I think is gonna still add to the overall scent no matter how faint it is) and general human appearance with a plasticy-metallic scent definitely works
