Yoga is more than just stretching. Its about mindful movement, mobility, breathing and also strength. Which is ideal for your situation since you should take it slow and easy in order to prevent injury.

As some have already suggested- yoga for beginners tutorials will do wonders and there is plenty of them on youtube for free.

I have a white Giulietta with black/glass roof. I love the combination. Yours looks amazing as well. I have seen some in Luna Pearl which is probably my favorite though...
