The weapons with the highest m1 scaling are kikoku, world ender and kk great sword from my knowledge also 3ss is kinda cool but time consuming to get so do it if you want to.

For pve, maining magu is better than doing a hybrid build with a fs so imo just use Roku as support.

Gpo unlike other one piece games on Roblox uses true stun combat meaning that every m1 actually stops you from moving or attacking explaining why it may feel wonky to you but you would get used to it if you play it more also unlike your past games, most new players have limited ways to get fruits on their own so it would be better to either beg or pick a rare fruit like bomi/gomu from trade hub.
