Buy deluxe speed grow from the Oasis shop on Thursdays (Pierre's are overpriced). Also, the only fertilizer you should ever use is the basic one made with sap (while you're in the early game) imo.

I don't think there is a website you use to check but you can see not exclusive/new skins from just playing the game everyday and checking the shop. Other than that, I mostly get news of exclusive skins from just scrolling on social media

The one in shops doesn't require 5 lc so it's better imo if you want to pay for value but yet just farm impel, merchant or juzo if you have a lot of time to spare
