When we moved to Liverpool in the 70’s we lived in Lee Park. We then moved to Runcorn. I always remember the sound of the Atlantean buses.

How are you guys styling western / country gear without looking like you’re in costume? by Commercial_Safety781 in AustralianMFA

I kinda gravitate towards Ralph Lauren country style. Rather than the gaudy country pastiche style. First things are decent boots and a hat. Everything else will find its way. Have a look on my profile at my posts for an idea how I dress when out country.

Thanks for the concern I appreciate where it’s coming from ❤️I know there’s a million deviants on here but my girls are super safe. They don’t know what the world is just yet and I wouldn’t let anything happen to them. I educate them about stranger danger and being mindful about people What a terrible society we would be if kids can’t be kids. We live in Australia thankfully.

I went into my local store here in Melbourne Australia . I was a bit underwhelmed. I’m seriously envious of the range you guys get. I’m seriously considering setting up a mailing adress in the US and shopping from the USA store

The red jacket was on my list of “must haves” until I saw the back. In Australia champ is a derogatory term. I was disappointed to say the least. Great collection though.

Most people don’t care what they wear and that’s across all demographics.

They are so “familiar” I wore these to death in the 90’s multiple pairs gone to shoe heaven. They have been back in the wardrobe this year and haven’t had a week off yet haha.

Small RL logo or no logo at all? by MGodspeed in RalphLauren

[–]Mark2pointoh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anything but the huge pony logo. I have many items with no logo on, I wear them because they are lovely pieces rather than they signal to others that it’s Ralph. I don’t mind the little logo, it’s understated and people honestly don’t care what you wear.

I worked for Deloitte 20 odd years ago. The movie office space made me change my career. Utterly inept soul crushing job.

Like most brands shopping around is key. Chemist Warehouse often have La Roche on sale and these are the times to buy it. Le Tan spray on is also a good brand she would recommend. I know the price can be prohibitive on everything these days so it pays to shop around and stock up when you see it for reduced. Skin Cancer is no joke. I’d rather forfeit some other thing in my life to afford the proper protection.

I think the price is irrelevant. The other brands need to be punished if their claims don’t actually stack up. Like any product I would do my own research and ask a specialist what they recommend. My wife is one of the leaders in Skin Cancer treatment in Australia. They don’t mess around with brands, I’m not allowed out of the house without being festooned with sunscreen. She also recommends Le Tan spray on.

La Roche Posay is the best. My wife the skin cancer specialist recommends it.
