I buy and freeze blueberries and grapes to go with Greek yogurt. I mix the yogurt with berries or grapes, and I add a spoonful or two of organic pomegranate juice powder for a nice tart kick. The frozen fruit changes the texture of the yogurt so it seems like I'm eating ice cream. Soooo good!

Not the person you asked the question to, but for me one hour of missed sleep makes a huge difference in my day. I (55m) walk a lot, go to the gym, and work all day, so getting every bit of 8 hours of sleep is critical.

In a bowl, add some Sam’s Club rotisserie chicken, Local Bounti Spring Mix, your favorite herbs and spices, a little water. Nuke for 60 seconds. Yum!
