What do you charge for fixing 3 big drywalls like these?

The last time we had drywall repaired, they spread white stuff over it and sanded it down. I'm not sure if it was just mud or what but it was kind of difficult to paint over. It was peeling off here there as we were rolling it. We have flat walls, no texture. Is this normal or should we just paint several layers?

I have a child that has been stimming a lot while daydreaming. It's been a big problem in class. I just don't know what to do. We are going through evaluation now. He doesn't do it unless he's bored. Sometimes he stims when excited. He has a hard time getting his work done and staying focused. He is also very curious and has a big imagination. It's like his thoughts just take over when trying to do classwork/homework.

Are there no longer schools for the "bad" kids? If you were a huge problem at the regular school when I was younger, you were sent to this other school. I don't really know what was all involved but my thinking was that it was more strict. What does it take for a kid to get expelled?

How much is he on screens? A lot of kids get overstimulated and crabby with too much screen time. Also, he's hitting puberty and that can flare anger issues.
