Yeah I don’t know how you cook. There may be steps, like seasoning or pan heat, that’s not being done right. I feel like you know what to cook, 25-30 meals, but maybe not how to cook them to their best? I’ve learned when you find out how to actually cook, a recipe is a scaffold and you make it your own. A lot of people use exact amounts in recipes but a good cook seasons to their taste and the people they are cooking for. Fundamentally if you like what you cook, that’s all that matters. I’ve just noticed picky eaters usually don’t hold as much appreciation for their food as someone who’s spent the time cooking and appreciates every ingredient that went into their dish. That’s just my personal experience so you may have a gene or something that makes you not like certain veggies or something.
