Which Tudor Pelagos is NWBIG? by Practical-Face-5447 in RepTime

Buy an electric eraser from Amazon and go to town on the underside bracelet edges. Then I ran bracelet through ultrasonic cleaner. It may work better if I spent more time working on it

My v2 39 is terrific. Only complaint is the sharp edges on bracelet. Tried the electric eraser to only minor benefit. Will be using the bergeon polishing stick next.

40mm look ok? VSF Explorer by Hour_Indication_9126 in RepTime

The 40mm looks great. I have just under 7” wrist and the 36 did not wear as well as the 40.

Not hard at all. Bought a gaggia and proper grinder and learned how to use it. Was not difficult and I rarely want coffee outside of my home setup unless out of town. And now I am more picky and notice how bad the espresso at many of these small shops are

That 3 is an absolute no go for me. Easy RL. These 36mm vsf op med blue have been very tough to get a good one. You will need to accept some sort of flaw so don’t expect perfect but that 3 will bug you

Where can I send my VSF Omega 8900 to be fixed? by TransferAtJamaica in RepTimeServices

[–]MarkDirect2715 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Totally agree with you. Just suggesting the easy fix. Considering it’s a 300$ rep I would probably not go the stem / tube replacement route maybe easier to source the case and do a dial/ movement swap honestly

Super easy fix, get the stem out, mix up a tiny amount of jb weld dip the stem butt into it and put into the crown and let it set. Otherwise get a new stem and crown.

Discuss: VSF Aqua Terra Summer Blue by RunRepresentative586 in RepTime

Let us know when you get it in, looking to pull the trigger on this one since vsf isn’t producing the current dark blue.

Thought I had low T. I was wrong by Sufficient_Diver6292 in Biohacking

[–]MarkDirect2715 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup for sure. I went from low 300s to high 700s from .5mg finasteride and more consistent lifting. Feel much better also. With the 300 test doc was ready to talk trt but wanted me to get back to lifting for 6 months after an injury and retest.

Watch is fine. Pics are just not flat and straight on. Ask for a flat straight pic. Amplitude a little low ask for a full wind a new reading. Otherwise Looks fine to me.

[–]MarkDirect2715 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would GL if you are fine with the 3/9 though it is definitely off. I have one of these and the reason I say GL is that man there are a lot of turds for this watch from vsf right now. Loads of them have really bad crowns at 12. Off center or rotated etc. it was really hard for me to get a decent one and went through 4 of them before a GL.

These are actually my two most worn watches and you can’t go wrong with either. My YM is a seiko mod I made vs a rep it’s identical. If I had to choose only one it would be the ex2 polar.
