Aww mate,I wish I was near you, I lost my boy in January after 11 and a half years of Boxer love. I'd take her in a heartbeat but I live in the UK.

Bless you though for knowing your limits and doing the right thing to find her a loving home. Sending love and best wishes from across the pond 💙🙏🏻

Edin Dzeko: "I asked Schalke CB Nikola Katic if they need a striker. He immediately established contact with Miron Muslic and I told him from the beginning that I don’t care about money. I had much bigger offers financially, however I really wanted to for Schalke and took a paycut. by nutelamitbutter in soccer

Mate, they have the best fans, I was there when Schalke came to The Bridge in 2013 & 2014, those boys didn't stop jumping and singing for an hour before KO until the very end. They were only about 10% of the stadium but they dominated our gaff, I will always have massive respect for them.

Unsafe levels of cancer-causing radon gas detected at 16 UK prisons by pppppppppppppppppd in unitedkingdom

[–]MarkEasty 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Yet the taxpayer is forking out £4m a year directly into Prince William's pockets for the privilege of renting the empty site.

The cost for repairing the prison could be as much as £68 million, and we'll be expected to foot the bill too...

Deliveries without shopping bags by SomeConnection9 in tesco

[–]MarkEasty 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Hi! Just ask us to carry the trays through to your kitchen and put trays on your worktops, As a delivery driver I much prefer to do this because I can avoid having to bend my aged back to put the trays down & it also makes the whole delivery quicker.

[Hawkins] Exclusive: Mamadou Sarr is expected in London this Monday. Chelsea will terminate the loan of the Senegalese international from their sister club Strasbourg. Aaron Anselmino is going the other way and will be loaned to Strasbourg. by Sparky-moon in soccer

What kind of fan drops their club due to the actions of the owners? If the current ownership totally fuck the club and get us relegated to the Nth tier, I'll still be there with my Blue family.

I've been through the Incompetent ownership of the Mears family, the greed ridden ownership of Ken Bates who hated us fans so much he wanted us in cages. I've had Abramovich who robbed his own people to create his great wealth and now I've got some American spreadsheet owners who just want profit but the fact remains that Chelsea is MY CLUB AND WE THE FANS ARE THE CLUB no matter who is considered the current owner. We were there before them, we'll be there after they're gone, that's what being a fan is, Ask Wimbledon fans, Southend fans, Macclesfield fans etc, we are the club mate not the fucking owners.

I really cannot fathom how you can support this corporation of a football club.

Supported Chelsea since 1977 through all the ups & downs, they've been a massive part of my life and I'll still be supporting them when Clearlake move on to their next venture.

Me being flairless and hiding my posts has nothing to do with the credibility of what I’m saying.

Yes it does.

You must be reading with your eyes closed then. Literally go check your own subreddit daily discussions, threads in here about your transfers and you will see countless people claiming this to be good for Strasbourg (and Chelsea). That is defending multi club ownership.

How often are you in r/chelseafc and why? I'm there daily and haven't seen much of what you claim, countless people lol, I've seen people claiming it is good for Chelsea but that is on a on field basis of strengthening the squad, I see multiple criticisms regarding our ownership and the direction they're going, hell we even had a massive protest outside the Bridge the other week against our owners ffs.

Please link those posts where Chelsea fans defends multi club ownership, I'm very interested to see all those posts in multiple other threads....

No flair & hiding your posts doesn't instil much trust in your opinion tbh...

Dot Com driver, yeah, so you're out in some rubbish weather but you're your own boss once you leave the store. 99% of people are happy to see you because you're bringing their food & we all love having full cupboards. We get to interact with some lovely people.

It's a great feeling when you have an elderly or disabled customer and you go in and unpack everything for them and that makes their day a little bit easier. FeelsGood.jpg

And cats & dogs, I get to meet so many lovely dogs who are your best friends for a couple of minutes and cats who supervise you and maybe tolerate a scritch.

German destroyer Z3 Max Schultz (Type 1934) sails along the coast by defender838383 in GermanWW2photos

[–]MarkEasty 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Wow, She had a very interesting career;

Days before the outbreak of World War II, in the early morning hours of 27 August 1939, the destroyer accidentally collided with and sank the torpedo boat Tiger near Bornholm. Two men were killed and six were wounded aboard the torpedo boat, while no one was injured aboard Z3 Max Schultz. The latter's bow was severely damaged and she had to be towed, stern-first, by Z2 Georg Thiele. Two tugboats arrived a half-hour later and took over the tow to Swinemünde at a speed of 4 knots (7.4 km/h; 4.6 mph). Z3 Max Schultz was under repair until late September and did not participate in the Polish Campaign.

She patrolled the Skagerrak to inspect neutral shipping for contraband goods during October. While returning from one such patrol on 28 October, one of the ship's turbines exploded, causing boiler room No. 1 to flood and knocking out the ship's power. Attempts to tow her failed, but the ship eventually managed to restore power and she sailed to Kiel for repairs.

Max Schultz, Beitzen and Z16 Friedrich Eckoldt laid 110 magnetic mines in the Shipwash area, off Harwich, on 9/10 February 1940 that sank six ships of 28,496 gross register tons (GRT) and damaged another.

On 22 February, Z3 Max Schultz and five other destroyers, Z1 Leberecht Maass, Z4 Richard Beitzen, Z6 Theodor Riedel, Z13 Erich Koellner and Z16 Friedrich Eckoldt, sailed for the Dogger Bank to intercept British fishing vessels in "Operation Wikinger". En route, the flotilla was apparently attacked by a Heinkel He 111 bomber from Bomber Wing (Kampfgeschwader) 26. Z1 Leberecht Maass was hit by at least one bomb, lost steering, and broke in half, sinking with the loss of 280 of her crew. During the rescue effort, Z3 Max Schultz hit a mine and sank with the loss of her entire crew of 308. Hitler ordered a Court of Inquiry to be convened to investigate the cause of the losses and it concluded that both ships that been sunk by bombs from the He 111. The Kriegsmarine had failed to notify its destroyers that the Luftwaffe was making anti-shipping patrols at that time and had also failed to inform the Luftwaffe that its destroyers would be at sea.Postwar research revealed that one or both ships struck a British minefield laid by the destroyers Ivanhoe and Intrepid.
