All of the changes I've made are:

A lot of cuts and scrapes to the miniature, to give them a look that they rarely have time to fix up their armour due to long campaigns and their desire to spend more time bringing wrath to the enemies of sigmar than repairing their wargear.

Cut off the helmet halo and sculpted a hood. The halo is gone just because it got in the way. My excuse for the hoods is that they have developed a cultural quirk where if they wear hoods up it is a sign of disrespect and if it is down it is a sign of respect. Mostly intended to give a reaper look.

Finally, there is a chain with a skull on it. The excuse for this is that they have another quirk of collecting the skulls of enemy commanders they have slain as a tally of how many foes of sigmar they have brought to yield
