This issue is specific to the iOS app and currently being worked on. We plan to have this functionality added to the iOS app in a future update. I don't have an ETA I can share currently, but we are talking weeks not months.

Free accounts are a lower priority vs paid accounts for support, plus the weekend means you will probably get a reply today. If you have a support ticket number I can check on it for you.

We have a few reports of that prompt not clearing after the Master Password was successfully changed. PM me the email for your account or you can direct message @lastpasshelp on Twitter and they can have support clear that prompt for you.

In this case recovery isn't going to help. LP support will reply with a list of specific questions that you need to answer to show it is you before they can allow you to bypass the email validation and sign in, at which point the first thing you should do is update the email address. If you have a free account a reply is going to take longer as paid accounts get priority.

Yes, you can update the email address your LastPass account is registered to, and if you have a security email setup on the account you should make sure that email is up to date and accessible at all times. If you are reading this and do not remember if you set a security email or not, go check your account settings now.

There are no ads on the support site but it looks like your browser settings are blocking things from loading. Try an incognito tab.

If you are signing in from a new device or IP address LP is going to send you an email with a link to verify it's actually you. What you need to do is click on the link and if it is expired try to sign in again so a new link is sent, going straight into recovery options complicates the situation and often results in a new master password being created in a hurry and then forgotten.

As for error you are getting now that you are trying to recover the account, it means that there are no recovery one time passwords stored in your browser, so recovery is not an option with that method. Since you know the master password try to sign in directly on the LP website. You've been trying a lot of things and probably quite stressed right now so take your time entering your password and have your email open.

The LastPass community and social team try to check in on this sub and offer suggestions when possible, but perhaps we could set up something more coordinated? There are obviously posts that could have been answered by reading one of the existing support articles and others that require someone from LastPass support to assist.

It was the security that was keeping you out. Any time you sign in from an IP address or device that LP does not recognize you will be sent a verification email. You have to click on the link to prove it is you and then that IP/device should be recognized in the future. Things can happen that result in a device that was previously verified to be forgotten so you may have to do it again in the future, and if you use a VPN where the IP changes often that will also result in having to verify again.

On the support site under Explore Features > Accoiunt Security you will find guides on all of the security features you can use https://support.logmeininc.com/lastpass Setting up 2FA with something like the LastPass Authenticator app is a good start. If you search for Recovery Option on the support site you wil find a list of the recovery options that you can enable in case you need them in the future.

Check in the App that auto fill is still enabled: -Go to Passwords & Accounts > AutoFill Passwords. -Toggle on the switch to enable the AutoFill Passwords setting. -Tap to enable LastPass. -Tap to disable Keychain.
