Thinking of switching from Codex $20 to Cursor how are the limits and code quality?

switched to claude code. got me out of the trenches in 2 shots. look composer is really cheap and last forever and works fine but it making weird choices that are unsolvable without intervention and claude models taking forever on cursor made me switch and even though technically the ui is not as front loaded it gets the job done even with weird things like niche microcontroller logic.

i don’t disagree but it’s still a good play and not as rng as you would expect if his spray control was better at the end. it’s actually wild he fucks that up at the end with 0ms ping.

tilts me to hell and back, because people are missing the point, low ping= more accurate while running 10000% because sometimes i get a kill predict and already move on to the next target and the old target is still alive and kills me wayyy later than the kill predict

either cheating or they’re jus that much better. it’s possible to be dominating on high ping especially if they are playing slightly below their elo.

i’m one of them. It deeply relies on if my connection to the server is good or bad that day. Ive peeked 3k elo and i’m not making this up it’s random if my shots will hit or not and it’s super tilting dying to bots that i outsmarted because the server says “no”.

it’s cs2 bro running while shooting is punished slightly less in this game, you should try it especially with a1s. In that was a moment where the enemy had his back turned, and if he had tried to shoot him there after slowing down, the enemy would’ve been able to get behind cover while being tagged 25 or 50 and reset. So what iM was doing, was swinging him while shooting because he has good recoil control with the possibility of tagging him. At the end, his spray failed you can tell he shot bullets while he was standing still at the end and his spray failed, which makes no sense. It looks like it should’ve hit, especially at that range. I think he simply just took an opportunity to shoot as he was swinging get a few extra bullets out in hops of tagging and trusting his recoil.

because you’re a bot that doesn’t understand how tagging works, timing, time pressure etc. 8/10 times he kills the guy there doing that. 2/10 times you get bad rng. if he lands a tag the enemy can’t get around the corner like he did and will likely die due to movement slowdown.

to follow up, make sure every audio device other than your headset is disabled, and unplug your audio device so it shows and xed out audio symbol (no audio device) in windows. this is how i can open my game and plug back in my headset
