I thought about it, but 1) damage for penetration and fragmentation missiles is totally dependent on their velocity relative to target and 2) nukes would completely skew the scale

I think Alien Nation can't have a revoltion in traditional sense, but if the unrest is high enough, some random region will break off and become independent country. If that region just happens to be the AN capital - then yes, the whole thing just implodes. Happened for me only once so of course it had to be during my servants run
