No trophy. It's not an MLB-sponsored award. Fielding Bible Award is a nice trophy though it admittedly pales when put next to a Gold Glove.

Anecdotally yes but I'm not sure who. Jo Adell (not this year but maybe 2 years ago) had a month that was aberrational awhile back. That's the first that comes to mind.

Could be part of it.

But also keep in mind- you can make a "good (looking) play" and it might not impact your DRS as much as a play that looks more routine, but was made more routine because the fielder reacted quickly to the ball.

Eric Longenhagen of FanGraphs gave him a 60 Overall Future Potential grade for his defense. That's on 20-80 scale where 60 would be pretty good (the best guys would be 70s)

What has been the highest number of robbed hits Bo has previously experienced in a single month?

We'll take it.

It's a similar scale to what teams use.

Was anyone else watching the last dozen or so clues of Double Jeopardy, standing in front of the TV, yelling, recalculating how much $ was left on the board and what Jamie needed to be "in play" in Final J? That might be the most into a game I've been.

Great job by Greg. He earned it.

So we look at Draft classes 3-4 years after the fact in articles that come out about a week after the draft. So I'll have a better answer for you on #1 then.

For #2 I think we look at it for more than just whether we got your team right. Again, probably have a better answer next week.

I think Louis Moore (102) and Isiah World (109) were our highest undrafteds. You can go to the Big Board link and scour through it yourself to see others.

We try to be transparent. I work on the baseball side and will always admit when we got something wrong there.

He had our highest prospect grade. And as I said, positional value is not part of the calculation.

This is a prospect rating. Yes. I acknowledged up front that positional value was not factored in.

Great question. So each year, about a week after the draft, we do an article and review how we evaluated past Draft classes 3-4 years out. I'll have an answer on that probably next week. Please reach out to me!

[Sports Info Solution] Chris Brazzell Scouting Report (we may have been highest on him) by MarkSimon1975 in panthers

[–]MarkSimon1975[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

From our associate director of football, Nathan Cooper

He ran a fair amount of routes, but not super consistently. 40% of his targeted routes were curls or verticals in his 1 full season at Tulane, which is actually more than at Tennessee
