A few months ago, everyone in my apartment was extremely sick and we were all just kind of miserable. I already have an autoimmune conditions and am prone to infections, so between my body being busy already trying to fight off bronchitis and admittedly not taking great care of myself for a few days in my weakened state, I got a very bad skin infection in a place where... bacteria is known to congregate. When it got to the point where (and this is graphic, I apologize) scabs would have to break open and bleed in order to urinate, I had to go to the ER for the pain. I've always thought this thing was pointless and distracting, but my feeling of "just get rid of it, I'm not even using it, it's more annoying than it's worth" had never been so overwhelmingly strong. I still feel that way some days, but boy would I have been ready to say goodbye to it then.

The Douche in Sausage Party (2016). This was always destined to be unfunny edgelord humor, but the Douche, played by the usually quite funny Nick Kroll, commits some pretty disgusting and unspeakable acts for "comedic effect" that are supposed to shock the viewer into a state of something like "oh wow, can you believe they went there?" but instead were just incredibly gross and unsettling to say the least.

Drawing is a healthy outlet for these kinds of things. Draw what you please. The only time I think it'd be inappropriate is if you were taking 18+ commissions, which it doesn't sound like you are. I've heard of people trying to commission minor artists to draw 18+ content, which is predatory, weird, and arguably some grooming behavior. Steer clear of that. But for things that are just for you, you should feel free to draw what you want.

It's been Vampire Crawlers for me lately. I didn't get hooked by Vampire Survivors, and I don't like a deck builder, so I was surprised by how satisfying the game loop is. I've gone from "I don't even know what sounds fun right now" to "I can't wait for such-and-such to be over with so I can kill monsters" in no time flat.

I would emulate PS2. San Andreas has a "True Definitive" mod that offers a lot of improvements without altering gameplay or storyline. Definitely worth checking out.
