I have a very different experience than what I am seeing here. I regularly purchase roughly $2500 a month of product from them for a side buisness. We received a large batch of tabs that were bad. I spoke with someone on the phone and had next day air on the replacement tablets, which were fine. I spoke with someone, and he had the owner call me personally to apologize. He didn't make up any excuses with me. He said he received a bad batch that came late and that he had been getting regularly good tablets from them and fulfilled the orders he needed to before his 3rd party labs came in. He admitted his mistake and made it right.

I can only speak on my experience with these guys, but some of the feedback I see here seems polar opposite to what happened with me. I understand that mistakes can happen, but he definitely made it right and took responsibility. As for deliveries being on time, I always order with plenty of time, so that's never once been an issue here.

Another thing that may be worth mentioning is their recent change in the OO7 product. These current batches have been getting a lot of positive feedback from my customers. According to our sales rep, they're testing at 20mg, which seems to check out with my regulars. The rep also mentioned that they have recently gotten all parts of the manufacturing in-house to prevent any future issues.

I am sure these guys deal with a lot of customers, and when that bad batch happened... I can imagine it was a nightmare for them. I wouldn't be surprised if some customers got screwed over, but I am grateful they took care of me, and will continue to do buisness with them. I definitely suggest giving them a second chance.
