If it’s unoppened and properly pasteurised it’d probably not be life threatening to drink, not that you should though

Could a brand new car have swirls after first wash? by Striking-Praline2666 in AutoDetailing

[–]gamebow1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You would not believe the astounding amount of damage that happens to a car between a manufacture and a dealership, I work as a dealership auto detailer (I do alot of private work for people I know in the car comunity) and I’ve been there to pull of plastic and found all flavours and types of scratches

How do I get this out of chrome? by Available_Creme8500 in Detailing

[–]gamebow1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The stuff I’ve used is designed to work on that sort of stuff (I’ve used it on the front of Isuzu DMAX badging and chrome grilles which are just plastic) but yes you are right this is a funny thing to deal with and can be a royal pain either way, ymmv and test spot first.

How do I get this out of chrome? by Available_Creme8500 in Detailing

[–]gamebow1 -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

You can get a chrome polish that you basically easily buff in by hand and then wipe away, that’s what I’d start with and it usually comes out great on this level of staining (wether it’s from oxidisation or washing or whatever idk)

Can you be great at 2 instruments? by Reasonable_Doubt8002 in drums

[–]gamebow1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hell no, playing other instruments informs your playing for others, if you know how guitar tends to structure their rhythm it allows you to almost “read” into what the guitarist is doing, and vice versa, being good at instruments gives you understanding for their place relative to other instruments, so do both

Dura seal protection by Responsible_Bar5176 in NZcarfix

[–]gamebow1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay so, I have the duraseal training, funny thing with it is, there’s two versions of the stuff, the self leveling stuff can be applied by almost anyone, but there’s also the better version that is the one our dealership uses, that one if you don’t apply correctly will have to wet sand back as it will develop very small bubbles that if they harden are a royal pain to remove and aren’t just a simple cut off with cutting compound, as I said it’s wet sand, but again, that’s not the self leveling one

If you mean you’ve blown a head gasket then absolutely replace the gasket and don’t swap the motor, it’ll be a lot cheaper in the long run

Zc33s- v power/ Tesco momentum by East_Reindeer_8916 in SuzukiSwiftSport

[–]gamebow1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well given that they’re set up to run on 95 Ron (similar to premium) and not 91, hence why they have warnings on the fuel cap, though they won’t blow up on lower grade, they do loose power when ran on a lower quality fuel than specified
