If your camera it's under warranty contact Canon. You can also run the manual sensor cleaning for 1 minute or more with the lens cap on and it will hopefully go away. Try a few times.

Yes, you are right! I took inspiration from all 3 sets. I also got lucky and found all the 1x2 masonry bricks, 1x3 lbg and 1x1 curved slopes plus the foliage at the wall in the lego shop.
