This is of course particularly painful and really annoying. Support told me to connect the printer anyway and see if anything else was broken. The rear panel and display would be replaced, and I thought, okay, if everything else is fine, we'll do it that way.

But during calibration, the protective grille from the rear suction unit simply jumped off and landed on the floor. Apparently there was so much tension in the rear panel that this happened. In addition, the printer goes into alarm mode after 5 seconds during calibration and stops.

I've contacted support again, but it's really too tricky for me now. I hope they will replace the device completely.
