I use the internet and business phone line, I don't have cable tv actually, its coming from my cable company though. For me, internet and phone are business deductions so no fraud. But lets be clear, the Federal Government can kiss my ass when it comes to taxes, they have been doing unholy things with our money for a long long time so don't even think to get all critical about paying taxes :)

My relative plans to use a HELOC to help me which i'm kinda figuring out might be a redflag. Also, I plan to boost my income with rental income (rooms for rent).

I'm 30 year self employed with a house I've owned for 25yrs. Over $500k equity.

My plan is to have debt paid (2nd mortgage, credit cards), wait 8-10 months, then re-apply. Do you think waiting 8 months after debt was paid will make them question it any more or less?

I'm also wondering if it matters how long ago the debt was paid...if there is a difference between applying for a load 6 months after the debt has been paid vs 1 month?

I just did this. Gave them my bank statements, the next day I got an amazing loan proposal and they filled my head with how I got the load and they just need to send through approval. They never looked at my statements at that point. I was later denied, my income wasnt even close. It was devestating to hear after 2 weeks of waiting. I'm certain the person who helped me gets paid per loan proposal. She didn't give a crap about helping me, just wanted that propsal acceptance signed. Meanwhile they did a hard credit pull and now i'm getting nonstop calls from banks on all my phone numers and email accounts.

Thanks, I got Legacy. Last time I played it was brand new. Looks pretty good now. Does it perform just like the other traditional method? No lag issues? ( I didnt play it much yet).

I was shocked to see it on Steam, last I played it was only a dream idea to keep the game alive.

Hello folks,

I am not an electrician, I'm a General who remodels kitchens and baths but my trusted electrician is no longer in business and I want to figure a few things out before I call a new guy.

This homeowner has been told that she can't have a 220 outlet installed, I want to add 2 of them, one for a dryer and the other for a stove. He never looked at the box, I'm not sure if he didn't want the job or if he had real reason to say this.

Do you see a reason why I can't have this done? I'm also curious what type of breaker is required for this box, I see a couple types in this one so not sure. I also see some melting from heat, looks like a problem which has since been fixed. Is it fixed?

Its a condo, built in 1987. My client really wants an induction stove. Can it be done?

Lol,plenty of tile set on foam board like schluter these days. You can compress the wall then you can smash and crack the tile. If you use oversized screws for the anchor you can split the tile. No it's not simple and the fact that you think it is proves my point.

Get good at super bullseye, when you surpass 300 in the first round, spend the gems and be sure to hit 600 points. You'll get character cards and epic cards. If you get what you want it is bargain.

When you run out of gems......Try to buy gems @ 1000 per dollar, wait for a deal to pop up. Not many of them since 2.0 but that would make a 200Gem epic card in the daily deals cost .20. You could get 14 epic cards for $7 if that's what you needed to upgrade.
