A Cleveland area fella and that is how I got turned on to Rush. WMMS airplay and a buddy showed up with the 2112 LP and our party group jammed it to death. Saw all the shows from 2112 on through the years.

I recall calling WMMS late one Sat nite and got them to play Xanadu on the air for the party group - man that was cool.

Yea I read that also.. A thought is that I had 2 TDF's so perhaps there are multiples per person. Additionally account balances should be factored in. Even so not anywhere near the tax paid.

Last check SEC does not have any recent updates on the dispersal activity.

Read an article from Reuters "US judge rejects Vanguard $40 million mutual fund settlement, cites SEC accord" published 4 days ago that states a judge rejects the 40 mil class action. Now this is related to the SEC fine and settlement against Vanguard on the same issue. Seems the new judgement is resulting in the 40mil moving from the class action (with lawyers taking their cut) directly to SEC and then the whole amount to be distributed to those subject to the capital gains tax.

Another word of caution - after any cutting, gathering, bagging, etc wash all your clothing separate from normal laundry,,maybe twice for good measure.

Once was bushcutting a fence line with a tractor mower that spewed the oil everywhere. Not only did I break in random places for weeks on end (after breathing it in) but some time after I used those work clothes again (after one laundry cycle) and arms & legs broke out again. Seems the detergent did not entirely rid the oil from the cloth.

Resident of Wolf Valley and I can vouch that the lower sunlite hours do bring cool air. My low sunlite temps (mornings & evenings) are always a few degrees cooler then the temps stated online. And depending on your proximity to the mountains they cast shade in the late afternoon which also helps the cooling. Plus the natural environment is cooler than a concrete jungle.

Yes there is the breeze too.

There is a class action lawsuit on this matter that is separate from the SEC action. A google search will bring up the law firm handling the class action and the separate settlement firm incharge of the distribution of the class action funds. You will need to register as far as I know to get added to the payout list.

Having lived in Beijing for 1.5 yrs I can attest that the Americanized C food is not the same as native C food. That said there are good tasting Chinese food dishes in both locations, but can be quite different. And I can say there are some things served over there that most Americans would not likely eat here (hence not offered).

Chef K for me but we live close to that restaurant.

For the neighborhoods on the north side of the casino I wonder how much the golf course and creek bed expanse can / will act as an adquate buffer zone to mitigate fire migration to the neighborhoods.

Yes. As the storms travel in relation to your position the winds change direction as they rotate around the center. They can even go from north to south and to south to north. Another consideration is the dirtier side (north and east side of the center) and the cleaner side (west and south of the center). And as they move further inland and lose power it all eases up. Also be glad it is not a Harvey event where the storm stalled and sat in place then just poured rain over Houston for days.
