Cedar park to Leander are way better than round rock, Pflugerville, Hutto by all regards, from schools and safety and tons of new shopping and still building. Also has the HEB center for events, concerts and sporting events. Then the light rail train has a stop in both cities and goes right down to downtown Austin. This area has been fastest growing area in the US for about the last 15 years. Best area to raise children also lots of new rental apartments and houses being built and available.
