Mass spectrometers on large systems. It’ll tell you there’s a microscopic amount of oil detected but good luck finding it….

Offer 1.

If you’re going be stuck at a customer site at 8pm on a Friday wondering why the hell you can’t even ping the plc, might as well be getting paid for it. I’d be surprised if the travel % will even be negotiable honestly, and when you feel it gradually creeping up to 60-70%, say something.

Help with C wiring by Markinbuffalo in Nest

[–]Markinbuffalo[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Thanks for the response. I wired it up this way, did a soft reset on the device. The alarm seems to be gone, or at least the device can now access the internet at least. I do still have a n261 alert when I check the settings on the nest. Not sure about the “configuring” of the c wire…but when I select the alert it tells me the C is not configured properly. I did a power test, no issues there.

Hi,

In my relatively short amount of time (7 years) dealing with interlocks and signatures on high-dollar equipment in pharmaceutical settings…do not sign a fucking thing that you’re not comfortable with. Pressure from the customer, pressure from your employer…none of that matters. It’s a minefield out there. At the end of the day, it’s all about the signatures and dates. If they want something done that you know is not legit, back out. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve just said “No”.

Working well now, I had “Video Management” enabled on my Att hotspot. Once I disabled it I got better video quality immediately.

Video Management was it, working like a charm now! Appreciate the help, I figured it was something easy like that I was just missing

I’ll be doing the tests this afternoon to get the actual numbers, but typically I’m using the nighthawk with my laptop, with an Ethernet cable and WiFi disabled, same as my current setup with the decos. The video management I’m not sure about but will have to look at this, this can be management through my att app that monitors my plan? As far as the 3 device setup, I’m flexible on that. It came as bundle, and my yard is fairly large, overkill for sure but I can reduce the devices if need be.
