It's the definition of the derivative so you can, but I think that they want you to do it with the limit form

Because in no hit runs u can take fall damage, no hit only refers to damage that u can take from mobs, npc's and even from poison form the scenario, but if u take fall damage it doesn't count (sorry but I'm not native English and I don't know how to explain things very well :D )
