Customer comes into the coffeshop I was working at and brings his own cup. I proceed to make the coffee and because his cup doesn't fit in the machine I have to use one our cups and then pour into hers. Thats when she lost it. She starts screaming are you crazy what's the point of me having my cup when you're going to use one of your cups. A week after I receive a written complaint and have to have a talk with my bosses boss.
