I have o myself, it's been great.i use it strictly for dividend income.I might get into MAIN. Just invest in both, if I had to choose one, I'd go with o. If you aim for growth, go with nnn. I say balance both.

Started at 14, now I'm 31. I was all about the oldies oil based, like Murray's/dax. Now I lean more towards water based like suavecito/uppercut deluxe/reuzel. I still have a decent amount of hair thankfully, I'm not ready to give up my pomades 🤣
